Windows Vista - How to start a program using Search?

If you are not sure a software name or location in menu start or in computer, you can use Search facility which has been located in menu start.

To start a program using Search, follow the given steps below:

1. Click button start to display the menu start.
2. After the menu start appears, the search facility is located at bottom. Like the screenshot below.
3. Type a program name that you want to open. Vista will display a list of related programs even if you are not finish typing the word that you want to find.
4. When the software or program that you are search is listed, click on the program to open.
5. The program or software will be run.
6. Done.
